The FND National Disability Alliance Pooled Trust (NDAPT) is a pooled special needs trust program established by FND Trust Services specifically for Parent Centers and similar federally supported disability organizations. In a pooled special needs trust, funds from multiple beneficiaries are combined for investment purposes while each participant retains a separate sub-account, preserving eligibility for SSI and Medicaid. NDAPT gives Parent Centers a structured way to extend that benefit to the families they serve while generating an ongoing revenue stream for their organization.

Parent Training and Information Centers (PTIs) and other Parent Centers help families of children with disabilities navigate education, services, and support systems. NDAPT is built around that same population, giving participating centers a credible Special Needs Trust offering for those families without requiring the center to build its own trust infrastructure. FND Trust Services, an extension of Family Network on Disabilities with over 35 years serving individuals with disabilities nationwide, acts as the sole trustee, managing all administration, legal compliance, and investment management on behalf of the program.
