After spending many years in the sales and marketing industries, including the professional sports and mortgage arenas, Nelson Perez joined FND Trust Services in 2012. In his capacity as Senior Trust Advisor, Nelson is the constant point of contact for our beneficiaries, their attorneys, and structure brokers, from pre-consultation to implementation. Nelson also works tirelessly in development for FND Trust Services, meeting with potential clients to showcase the strengths and client focus of our company.

Nelson’s extensive knowledge of trust administration, coupled with his background in real estate, affords our clients the peace of knowing they are in capable, compassionate hands. Nelson is a proud graduate of the University of Tampa and lives in the Tampa Bay area with his wife, two daughters, and son.
