Trust & Operations Director

Laura Mattson has served the Non-Profit and Disability Communities in myriad ways over the past eight years. Laura began her career with Family Network on Disabilities serving in an administrative support role to the Visions program, which focused on providing support, resources, and education to people with disabilities within the Native American population. Laura then progressed to utilize her over 25 years of Management and Human Resources experience to become the Director of Operations for FND and the Trust Director for FND Trust Services.

In her day-to-day capacity, Laura is responsible for:

  • Managing the daily administration of the Trust
  • Overseeing our Risk Management and Compliance Departments
  • Supplying Human Resource support to Trust staff
  • Providing leadership and direction to a team focused on client care, transparency and accountability

Laura, originally from Wisconsin, resides in the Tampa Bay Area with her husband, Ryan, and her two soccer-playing sons.
