Millie is passionate about helping others and having respect for their needs. Before joining FND she worked as an advocate for people with disabilities and their families. Assisted them in assessing their needs, preferences, future goals and promoting their health, safety and well-being. Millie Graduated from Nova Southeastern University with a Bachelors in Psychology in 1995 and studied at Barry University graduating with a Masters Degree in Social Work in 2001.

Millie currently lives in Miami with her husband and her two daughters, Melanie and Amanda. In her free time, Millie loves spending time with her family.
